Englert Inc. provided its Series 2000 1-3/4” Snap Lock roof system for the 21,859 sq. ft. facility in Dillon , CO . It was completed in February 2002. Minimal maintenance requirements, weathertightness and a comprehensive warranty led to choosing metal for this government building.

The general contractor was Francis Construction, Longmont, CO. Colony Metal Inc. of Commerce City , CO , was the roofing contractor. Merrick Architects, Aurora, CO, designed the building.
