NEW VANS JOIN MOBILE SERVICE FLEET

Englert, Inc.  has added three new vans to its mobile service fleet, the industry’s only mobile service program for servicing and repairing rollforming machinery.

Englert offers its contractors the industry’s only mobile technical service fleet for rollforming machinery service and repairs.

If a rollforming machine made and serviced by another manufacturer breaks down or needs service, the contractor must load it on a common carrier’s truck and ship it to that manufacturer’s headquarters for repairs. When the repairs are done, the manufacturer will load the machine on a common carrier’s truck and ship it back to the contractor, resulting in the loss of several days’ use of the equipment as well as a much larger service bill.

Retrofit Metal Roof Systems Replace Worn Out Roofs

RETROFIT METAL ROOF SYSTEMS REPLACE  WORN OUT ROOFS
QUICKLY AT CONSIDERABLE SAVINGS
PERTH AMBOY, NJ--The new Englert Retrofit Metal Roof System  offers architects, owners  and builders nearly 100 standard retrofit framing assemblies to replace worn out flat roofs and buildings with low and steep sloped roofs.
Englert’s retrofit metal roofing program provides long term solutions for failing roofs that can provide substantial savings over a conventional roof tear-off and replacement while providing appreciable value to a building.
Englert’s retrofit systems are a perfect replacement for flat roofs with conventional membrane problems caused by deterioration from UV degradation, ponding water, moisture infiltration and a host of other flat roof conditions.
Englert’s comprehensive program also provides long term solutions for retrofitting buildings with low and steep sloped roofs, including an engineered light-gauge steel sub-framing system for installing a new standing seam metal roof.  Its post and purlin retrofit solution can be engineered to adapt to just about any existing roof’s structural support system including steel, concrete or wood.
Architects and builders can choose  framing systems that can create either a low slope for simply discharging rainwater or an architectural steep slope for upgrading aesthetics, camouflaging mechanical systems and providing curb appeal for the building.
As a result, an Englert retrofit system can add decades of life to a building, reduce maintenance and eliminate roofing repairs and increase resistance to high winds and snow.
Contractors will find the systems easy to erect. Installer training is available.
When designed with an Englert UltraCool metal roof, the retrofit system also creates an opportunity to install building integrated solar energy systems offered by Englert. These include SunNet rooftop thin film PV laminates, Englert crystalline photovoltaic panels and under roof solar thermal systems that generate hot air and hot water for radiant space heating and domestic hot water needs.

NEW RETROFITMETAL ROOFING  PROGRAM  REPLACES  WORN OUT ROOFS, OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES TO ADD SOLAR TECHNOLOGIES

Englert has introduced a new retrofit roofing program which offers architects, owners  and builders the opportunity to replace worn out flat roofs and buildings with low and steep sloped roofs with a new metal roofing system.

The new retrofit program gives architects and contractors an opportunity to expand into a new area of business where there is a growing demand. Construction has slowed but the opportunity for contractors and architects to replace aging commercial composition shingle and conventional membranes roofs with standing seam is very real. Public buildings like local, state and federal buildings have to be refurbished and the public funding is generally available for this type  of retrofit.

“Metal Roofing Exchange” Blog Makes Website Debut

Our new website blog, the “Metal Roofing Exchange,” has made its debut on our company website and is designed to provide timely, useful information on metal roofing technology to architects and builders.
We’re hopeful that architects and builders who receive the blog will share their own observations on technology and ask questions about metal roofing as well.
“This is another step in our effort to use the Internet and social networking to reach out customers. Architects routinely use the Internet  to source professional information. We wantto take advantage of  that and create an exchange where we can initiate topics of interest to designers and they, in turn, can respond,” notes Mitch Gaber, our director of marketing.
Blog content will focus on leading edge developments in metal roofing and metal wall panel including cool metal roofing, solar technologies, the latest developments in rainwater harvesting, industry initiatives, color, and technical issues such as durability, coatings, wind uplift requirement and retrofitting.
