ENGLERT UNVEILS NEW , IMPROVED METALMAN HT UNDERLAYMENT

Englert, Inc. today has announced the availability of a new and improved MetalMan  HT Underlayment for metal roofing that is 33 percent  heavier, providing greater resistance to foot traffic and a tougher barrier against costly ice dams and wind-driven rain  sleet and snow.
The new, high temperature 60-mil underlayment features a black, non-woven polyester topside designed for use with metal.  The new self-adhering, slip resistant product is 100 percent UV protected, heat reflective, slip resistant and good for an industry-leading 90 days of exposure to accommodate construction scheduling and weather delays. The new Englert membrane is designed for use in high temperature environments where the in-service temperature can reach temperatures as high as 250°F. The self-sealing, high tensile strength underlayment provides waterproof protection before, during and after the installation of metal roofing.
Roll dimensions are 66.8 feet by three feet (20.36m x 0.914m) Gross/net coverage per roll is 200 square feet.  Each roll with its protective box weighs 72 pounds.
The new underlayment is made domestically, meeting all building product specification requirements by the federal government for the Made in America program and the Buy American Act.   It will also meet Florida State and Miami-Dade Building Code requirements and will be UL approved for fire safety.  For more information contact 1-800-englert.
