Network Administrator

Englert, Inc ., a national building material products leader in the metal roofing, wall panel and gutter industry, is actively looking for a Level 2 Network Administrator. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Perth Amboy/Woodbridge, NJ. The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience.

The Network Administrator will:

•Support for all desktop hardware and software including PC’s, MAC’s, IOS, Android devices, Windows 10, office 365 and knowledge of MDM systems. •Support Microsoft Windows Active Directory infrastructure including group policy. •Analyze and recommend solutions, upgrades and services for streamlining and process improvements. •Support of hardware/software maintenance to include troubleshooting, installation and upgrades for •Workstations and servers. •Support of server backup software and hardware processes, maintenance and monitoring. •Provide helpdesk support for all users. •Support for Microsoft Windows applications, Power Point, Excel and Word. •Administration of Windows server 2012R2. •Support for ASA VPN tunnels. •Support of VOIP phones. •Support network and data systems to include Cisco switches and access points. •Monitor network equipment and processes with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds. •Support Antivirus and Antimalware applications. •Support Apple and Android smartphones and tablets. •Backup support for Firewalls and Internal Security applications.BS Degree in Computer Science, Networking Technologies or data communications preferred with 5+ yrs. experience required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows networking and design, security, Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Local and Wide Area network design. Product Application Coordinator

National and Innovative Building Material products company leader in the metal roofing, wall panel and gutter Industry including the Leafguard brand is actively looking for a Product Application Coordinator for our Corporate Headquarters located in Perth Amboy, NJ.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for interfacing and supporting our highly motivated field sales representatives nationwide. The primarily duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to providing specialized support to the sales team such as job and product quotes, and expediting orders once the quotes are approved. Tracking, follow-up, and status monitoring of outstanding quotes and reporting. Basic product and systems trouble shooting, development, distribution, Lead generation, plan reviews, construction document (spec) reviews and follow up of sales leads and general administrative support for the assigned region.


Responsibilities:


• Bid on Project Lead Referral to sales and Tracking of Leads • Product/Project quote development, distribution and follow-up • Project Spec and Drawing review for product fit • Regional out bound sales support and prospecting services • Submittal Package development, distribution and follow-up • Client Relations Data base management (CRM) • Provide regional new product launches, E-Blasts, and marketing assistance • Produce competitive analysis reports and regional trends to guide sales efforts • Track competitive pricing trends for corporate review • Maintain regional score cards and budget requirements • Liaison between field sales reps and technical services group • Liaison between clients and corporate services group

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in business, related field or related experience • 5 years prior experience in construction project estimation and order processing • Blue Print reading. • 5 years prior experience in the sales and support of commercial building products • 5 years prior experience in CRM systems and operations • Strong verbal and written communications skills • Microsoft Office expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Access) • Must be detailed oriented • Must possess powerful customer service skills

Preferred but not required:

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus • Experience on building product • One or more years of call center experience is highly preferred*
